How do I view and edit shifts I've posted?
Viewing and editing shifts
To view your shifts:
- You can see all Open and Scheduled Shifts in your dashboard
- You can also click "Calendar" to view your shifts
Open Shift: A posted shift that hasn’t been filled yet—no temp has been hired.
Scheduled Shift: A shift where a temp has been hired and confirmed.
- Click "Edit" next to the shift you want to change
- You can modify any shift details except the role or date
- Creating a new shift is the only way to change the role or the date of an existing shift
- Click "Update Shift" to save changes
- If you change the time of a Scheduled Shift, the hired temp will be automatically notified of the change
- You can modify any shift details except the role or date
When editing or adjusting the time of a Scheduled Shift, it’s a good idea to also confirm the change with the temp using the in-app chat.
