How do I use the Temp Onboarding Portal?

The Temp Onboarding Portal helps you prepare temps before they arrive by sharing documents, instructions, and required forms. Available features depend on your subscription tier.

Temp Onboarding Portal Tiers

Starter and Grow

• Free

• Upload limit: Up to 3 files (up to 50 MB total)

• One unified onboarding portal shared across all temp roles

Scale

• Unlimited file uploads (up to 1 GB total)

• Role-specific onboarding portals for a tailored experience by temp type

• Continued access to a general portal for all roles

• e-Signing and document storage

Setting Up the Portal

You upload documents once, and temps can access them directly in their app before their shift. This helps reduce day-of questions and ensures expectations are clear.

E-Signing (Scale Only)

Clinics on Scale can require temps to electronically sign documents before working a shift.

Supported Documents

• Documents must be in PDF format to be used for e-signing

E-Signing Options

When setting up a document for signature, you can choose:

Required or Optional

• Required: The temp cannot check in until the document is signed

• Optional: The temp can check in without signing

One Time or Every Time

• One time: The temp signs once and never again

• Every time: The temp must sign before every shift worked at your clinic

How Signing Works

• You set up the document template once

• Each temp signs their own copy

• The system automatically signs on behalf of the clinic

• The document is completed instantly after the temp signs

Document Management & Records

• Signed documents are automatically organized in your document manager

• Search is included to quickly find completed forms

• Each time a document is fully signed:

  • The clinic receives an emailed copy

  • The temp receives an emailed copy

  • The temp can also access the document in their app, with search and organization
