Making and receiving calls through In-App Calling
In-App Calling lets you speak directly with clinics without sharing your personal phone number. Calls happen securely inside the app.
Calling Access

All temps can make in-app calls

All temps can receive in-app calls
When You Call a Clinic

If the clinic is on the Scale Tier, the call will go through normally

If the clinic is on Starter or Grow Tiers, the call will not connect

The clinic will be notified that you attempted to call
Missed Calls

If a clinic tries to call you and you miss it, you’ll receive a missed call notification

If you try to call a clinic and they miss it, they’ll receive a missed call notification (if calling is enabled for them)
Using Chat Instead
Once you’re hired for a shift, you can always use in-app chat to communicate with the clinic.
