How do I use In-App Calling (temp)?

In-App Calling lets you speak directly with clinics without sharing your personal phone number. Calls happen securely inside the app.

Calling Access

• All temps can make in-app calls

• All temps can receive in-app calls

When You Call a Clinic

• If the clinic is on the Scale Tier, the call will go through normally

• If the clinic is on Starter or Grow Tiers, the call will not connect

• The clinic will be notified that you attempted to call

Missed Calls

• If a clinic tries to call you and you miss it, you’ll receive a missed call notification

• If you try to call a clinic and they miss it, they’ll receive a missed call notification (if calling is enabled for them)

Using Chat Instead

Once you’re hired for a shift, you can always use in-app chat to communicate with the clinic.
