How do I use In-App Calling (clinic)?

Making and receiving calls through In-App Calling

In-App Calling lets you speak directly with temps without sharing phone numbers. Calling availability depends on your subscription tier.

Calling Access by Subscription Tier

  • Scale: Can make and receive in-app calls

  • Starter and Grow: Cannot make or receive in-app calls

When a Temp Tries to Call You

  • If you’re on Starter or Grow, the call will not connect

  • You’ll receive a notification that a temp attempted to call you

Missed Calls

  • If you’re on Scale and miss a call from a temp, you’ll receive a missed call notification

  • If you call a temp and they miss it, they’ll receive a missed call notification

Using Chat Instead

Once a temp is hired, you can always communicate using in-app chat, regardless of subscription tier.
