How do I pause my account?

Pausing your account

To pause your account:

  • Click "Settings"
  • Click "Account"
  • Click "Pause Account"
  • Select pause duration
    • 1 week
    • 2 weeks
    • 1 month
    • 2 months
    • 3 months
    • Indefinite
  • Click "Pause Account"

While your account is paused, you will not receive any system notifications. To stop receiving marketing emails, you’ll need to unsubscribe from our mailing list by clicking "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any marketing email.

You can unpause your account at any time by going to the Pause settings and clicking "Unpause Account".
