How do I e-Sign documents?

The Temp Onboarding Portal helps you prepare for a shift by giving you access to clinic documents, instructions, and forms before you arrive.

Accessing the Portal

• Clinics may share onboarding documents through the app

• Documents are available before your shift so you know what to expect

E-Signing Documents

Some clinics require documents to be signed electronically before you work a shift.

What to Expect

• You may be asked to sign a document before your shift

• Documents are always provided directly in the app

Required vs Optional Documents

• Required documents must be signed before you can check in

• Optional documents can be signed later or skipped

One-Time vs Every-Time Signing

• Some documents only need to be signed once

• Others may need to be signed before every shift at that clinic

Accessing Signed Documents

• Once a document is fully signed:

  • You’ll receive a copy by email

  • You can also access it in your app

• Signed documents are organized for easy viewing in the app

• Search is available so you can quickly find past documents
