How do I change my check-in or out time after I've already checked in or out?

Changing your check-in or out time

To adjust your check-in or out time if you've made a mistake:

  • Inform the Clinic: Let the clinic know you've made a mistake and they can adjust the times as needed when they approve your shift's hours
  • Contact Support: If the clinic has already approved your hours and the invoice has been generated with inaccuracies: 
  • Clearly state your request to change your check-in or out time. For example, you can say, "Please change my check-in time to 9 AM instead of 10 AM."
