How do I add employees?

Adding employees to your Fairly Payroll for Teams account

Clinics can add team members to Fairly Payroll for Teams to manage payroll, time tracking, and pay stubs in one place.

To add employees, your clinic must be:

  • Using Fairly Payroll for Teams

  • On the Grow or Scale subscription tier

Each team member added is billed at $9 per employee per month.

Adding an Employee

To invite a team member:

  • Click "Fairly Payroll"

  • Click "Employees"

  • Click "+ Add Employee"

  • Enter the employee’s first name

  • Enter the employee’s last name

  • Enter the employee’s personal email address

Once invited, the team member completes the rest of the setup themselves.

What Happens Next

  • The employee receives a welcome email

  • They complete their onboarding in the Fairly Staffing – For Staff app

  • Once they’re added to a pay schedule, they can begin checking in for work

You’ll be able to manage their pay schedule, time tracking, and payroll from Fairly Payroll for Teams.
